Given the price, this little bit of kit has ealisy surpassed my low expectations. Whilst I wouldnt describe the build as rugged it is well constructed (albeit plastic componentry with aluminium legs) and peforms superbly with my Canon 350D. I'd highly recommend this for any enthusiastic amateur on a budget.
