Product Description
Our well-proven UNI tripods for astronomers are excellent working tools and great value for money. With the included attachable tray (37 cm) an angle of inclination of approximately 23° can be achieved. Furthermore you can use a steel chain (also included in the delivery).When using the tripod for the ZWO AM 5, we also recommend the base plate (# 5006184) or, better still, the base plate (# 5006180). Thanks to the collar with the recesses, this offers protection against twisting and more free space at the control knobs for azimuth adjustment, especially when using our Planet tripod.

"What can I say, a really really good and high quality tripod, it is perfect for my Losmandy GM8 mount. The tripod is a little higher than the Losmandy field tripod making it more comfortable for viewing with refractors.
