The lightweight magnesium leg head also serves as the modular base for 10 different inserts. The modular insert can be changed at any time using a special wrench (included with the interchangeable module). The locking mechanism in the cone ensures a positive, play-free connection of the components.
With the new stop system, spread angles of approximately 20°, 40°, 60°, 80°, and 100° can be set using a winged ratchet. The stop system is designed to ensure the specified load capacity of the tripods even when the tripod legs are spread to their maximum.
The Report 322/K tripod is equipped with a modular insert 2K, i.e., a 37 cm long crank center column with a diameter of 25 mm x 3 mm made of precision-drawn Lightweight alloy tube allows for convenient height adjustment.
The aluminum support plate has a diameter of 68 mm and is equipped with a fixed 3/8" mounting screw and three locking screws to prevent accidental loosening of the mounted equipment.
The specified maximum height is measured with the center column extended.
